Ronda Rousey’s return is going to be a one-and-done, she says.

Former UFC Bantamweight Champion Rousey doesn’t plan on having an entire tour of fights as part of her upcoming return to the cage.

Instead, the former UFC and WWE star says that her latest MMA stint is one singular fight. She recently explained that she wants to raise more kids, and that her husband is against her continuing to fight.

“I promised my husband up and down that this is the last one,” Rousey said on the latest Ariel Helwani Show. “I want to get started having babies again, by the way. I want to have at least two more, if I can. I just can’t be taking any detours anymore. And this is the peak. I can’t go any higher than this. This is the absolute pinnacle, I think, for me. This is the perfect way to end it.”

Rousey hasn’t been seen in an MMA cage in nearly a decade, but that will change this weekend when she faces Gina Carano in the first-ever Most Valuable Promotions-run MMA event. Her return is on a big stage, headlining a card from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, streaming live on Netflix.

Rousey’s last fight dates back to 2016, when she lost to Amanda Nunes in 48 seconds. She crossed over to the professional wrestling world shortly after the end of her MMA career, going on a WWE run and making a one-off appearance in Tony Khan’s ROH.
