Intercontinental title action has joined the lineup for tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw.
Penta will put his title on the line against Je’Von Evans as part of this evening’s Raw from Value City Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
It’s been a busy reign for Penta thus far, having successfully defended the Intercontinental title seven times since first capturing the belt in early March. This next matchup comes just days after he overcame Ethan Page as part of a Saturday Night’s Main Event card.
While Penta already has a win over Evans, it came through a six-way match at Wrestlemania. The upcoming booking is their first-ever one-on-one booking.
A win for Evans would begin his first-ever title reign since signing with WWE. While a prominent name in NXT, he didn’t carry any gold during his brief stint with the brand.
