WWE announced on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw that Paul is out with a torn triceps. The injury, which they said is expected to keep him out of the ring for months, occurred last weekend during Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The broadcast specifically pointed out a moment from last weekend’s The Vision vs. Street Profits tag title match where Paul caught a dive from Angelo Dawkins, favoring his left arm immediately after the spot.

While Paul’s run as one-half of the WWE World Tag Team Champions has come to an end due to the injury, the belts won’t be leaving The Vision. Faction leader Paul Heyman announced on Monday evening that Paul teammate Austin Theory will now instead defend the titles alongside Bron Breakker.

Theory and Paul were the tag champs since late March, when they dethroned The Usos on an episode of Monday Night Raw.
