Mistico, along with a dozen or so other celebrities, helped reveal the starting lineup for Mexico’s World Cup team this week.
In a video posted to the Mexican men’s national football club’s X account on Sunday night, the team unveiled who will be playing for the squad as part of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is set to begin later this month.
The video includes cameos from actors, musicians, athletes, and others, hyping up the squad and revealing who will be gracing the pitch. Among those in the video are championship boxer Canelo Alvarez, F1 driver Sergio Perez, artist Becky G, and CMLL’s Mistico, all reading off portions of the video.

Mistco is currently out of the ring due to a knee injury and hopes to return soon, although his first date back hasn’t been confirmed just yet. The 43-year-old is no doubt a massive star, as is illustrated by his participation in the video full of A-listers.
