Janela’s career began in 2006 as a regular for National Wrestling Superstars in the Northeast and later with CZW.
In 2015, Jersey Championship Wrestling was bought by Brett Lauderdale and Danny Demanto and became Game Changer Wrestling with Janela as its centerpiece. The promotion gained notoriety after the inaugural Spring Break show over WrestleMania 33 weekend in 2017 and is now a staple of the weekend.
In 2019, Janela signed with AEW and wrestled for the promotion for three years until his contract expired and returned exclusively to the independents.
This past April, he wrestled against Brodie Lee Jr. in the main event of Spring Break X.
Tickets for the event go on sale this Friday.
