Seth Rollins has defeated Bron Breakker in their steel cage match at WWE Night of Champions.

Rollins won by pinfall after hitting an avalanche stomp from the middle rope. The match could have ended by pinfall, submission, or escape from the cage.

Before the bell, Rollins brought kendo sticks, steel chairs, and tables into the cage. Breakker then added more chairs, kendo sticks, and a trash can before both men sat across from each other on chairs.

They came out swinging once the match began. Breakker used his power early, throwing Rollins into the cage and attacking him with a kendo stick, while Rollins fought back with strikes and repeatedly sent Breakker into the cage wall.

Rollins later set up a table in the corner and piled chairs onto Breakker. When Rollins went to the ropes, Breakker recovered and hit a top-rope Frankensteiner onto the pile of chairs for a near fall.

Breakker continued the attack with a diving clothesline and then placed Rollins’ head inside a chair. Rollins avoided a chair shot, hit a superkick into the chair, and looked for a stomp, but Breakker cut him off with a spear for another near fall.

One of the biggest spots came when Breakker climbed to the top of the cage after placing Rollins on a table. Rollins followed him up, and the two fought on top of the structure before Rollins brought Breakker back into the ring with a superplex through the table. Bron was busted open during the sequence.

Breakker later countered a stomp with a clothesline and hit another spear, but Rollins kicked out. Bron then tried to escape through the cage door, only for Rollins to stop him and apply a choke near the opening.

Breakker broke free by slamming the cage door into Rollins’ head. He then charged for another spear, but Rollins moved, sending Breakker through the table that had been set up in the corner.

Rollins followed with a Pedigree and a stomp, but Breakker kicked out. Rollins then waited for Breakker to rise before coming off the middle rope with the avalanche stomp to win the match.
