The first match saw a triple threat match between Mara Sadé, Indi Hartwell and Elayna Black. The match began with Black being tossed from the ring and Hartwell and Sadé going at it, before returning and taking control of the match. Sadé was then tossed out as Hartwell and Black went at it. The action swung back and forth with Sadé hitting a moonsault on Hartwell but Black taking advantage directly after, hitting the Blackout for the win.

Next, Mustafa Ali and Tasha Steelz interrupted the broadcast team hyping tonight’s PPV card, and Daria Rae was about to reveal Ali’s opponent for tonight when Santino Marella interrupted her. Both Daria and Santino found an opponent, so Santino announced it would be a Triple Threat match for the International title, but they wouldn’t reveal their identities until later tonight.

Eric Young vs. Ricky Sosa
The voice of the Boston Celtics, Sean Grande, was introduced as a guest commentator for the next match, and it was noted that Sean had Mick Foley officiate his wedding, noting he is a wrestling superfan. The next match saw Eric Young taking on Ricky Sosa, who was making his TNA PPV debut. Sosa took it to EY early, hitting a giant dive onto him on the outside. Young reversed a top rope attempt by Sosa, hitting an avalanche Death Valley Driver on Sosa. Sosa came back with a jump to the top rope followed by a Hurricanrana on Young. Both men exchanged near falls from there until Sosa ultimately hit his Blue Thunder Bang finisher for the win.

Main Show
Joe Doering Tribute
The main Slammiversary card began with a ten-bell salute for the recently passed Joe Doering. Cody Deaner (aka the Hometown Man) made a speech about Joe’s true strength being his heart. Deaner talked about saying his goodbyes and thank yous to his friend Joe a few weeks ago. He finished by saying that tonight the entire show is dedicated to Joe.

Before the main show began, a video aired featuring current stars intercut with archival footage of TNA’s history, talking about the importance of TNA to professional wrestling.
Ultimate X Match
The main card started with the Ultimate X match for the X Division title, pitting The System’s Cedric Alexander as champion against Amazing Red, Frankie Kazarian, Fabian Aichner, Mr. Elegance, KC Navarro, and Leon Slater. The bell rang, and things started off fast and furious with Fabian Aichner hitting a dive off the top to the outside to four men holding Leon Slater, who was caught doing a dive himself. KC Navarro and Leon Slater were left alone in the ring and had a fantastic sequence going back and forth, somehow ending with Fabian Aichner getting DDTed on the floor.
How did @KCwrestles turn this into a DDT??? #TNASlammiversary

Amazing Red showed he hasn’t missed a beat as he hit smooth Codes Red on multiple opponents, although something didn’t quite work with an attempt on Leon Slater off the top rope, forcing him to essentially moonsault himself onto the mat. Fabian Aichner then hit Kazarian with a Crossbody while he was hanging from the high ropes, and Kaz landed awkwardly but seemed to be okay. Leon Slater then hit a double Blockbuster off the top, taking out essentially the rest of the field. Slater and Amazing Red climbed the high ropes to the title, and both removed it simultaneously. Cedric Alexander took advantage, running in to pull it down to the mat, thus retaining the title.

Frankie Kazarian got on the mic after the match and told Amazing Red that it was “amazing” that he was there competing tonight. Kaz said Red has his respect forever, and a video highlighting Red’s TNA accomplishments aired, announcing that Amazing Red will be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame at Bound for Glory.
Intellectual Property Match
Next was AJ Francis versus Elijah, with Elijah’s intellectual property somehow at stake. Francis was out with Expressions, who yelled at Elijah for playing songs by Boston and The White Stripes, claiming they were Francis’ IP, which they are not. Expressions grabbed the foot of Elijah early in the match, allowing Francis to gain an advantage. Francis teased his botched dive (which occurred in December of 2022) but instead flipped off the crowd. Expressions grabbed Elijah again, and Francis took advantage yet again. Francis hit a second rope moonsault for a two-count, and Elijah began a comeback with Francis kicking out of The Highwayman’s Farewell. Expressions brought Elijah’s guitar into the ring but was stopped by Elijah and taken out with a guitar shot. Francis hit a powerbomb and the Styles Clash on Elijah, but only for two. Elijah walked the ropes and hit the Drifter Destroyer for the win. Elijah received a new light-up guitar and a new theme song as the segment ended.

TNA Champion Mike Santana was interviewed, saying there have been a lot of rumors and speculation. He has lived and breathed TNA since he started with the company, and tonight was no different.
Knockouts Tag Title Match
Next, Rosemary & Allie, aka Demonbunny, challenged The Elegance Brand in Heather and M by Elegance, accompanied by Ash. It was noted before the match began that this was the champions’ first defense in four months. The Elegance Brand controlled the early portion of the match. Allie attempted to tag Rosemary, but The Personal Concierge pulled her off the apron, preventing the tag. M hit the “Toast to Toast” dropkick from one corner to the other in an impressive spot. Rosemary finally tagged in, but M hit a moonsault on her off the top, only to have Allie make the save. Ash pulled Rosemary to the outside and then hid behind the Personal Concierge, so Rosemary hit him with the “poison” mist. Elegance Brand hit each other with Nip & Tuck by accident, and Rosemary hit an inverted DDT, and Demonbunny won the tag titles.

International Championship Match
The next match saw TNA International Champion Mustafa Ali defending against two mystery opponents, who were revealed to be Rich Swann and the debuting Uhaa Nation, formerly known as Apollo Crews. Nation immediately press slammed Ali out of the ring, and he and Swann went at it. Things picked up from there, with Ali hitting a Styles Clash on Swann off the second rope and onto Nation’s back.

The unique combinations continued, with Nation seemingly set to win when Tasha Steelz and Special Agent Zero distracted him, allowing Ali to hit a dive and take control. Zero covered Nation with the steel steps, and Ali and Swann continued in the ring, where Ali reversed Swann, executing a backslide for the win.
