Two more big matches have been confirmed for the stacked NJPW & CMLL collaborative lineup set for November 16.
The first-ever Lucha Kingdom show, which is scheduled to take place next month at Arena Mexico in Mexico City, had some key players from both promotions added to it on Wednesday morning.
A tag match will see Mistico and Ultimo Guerrero team up to face IWGP Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji and Hirooki Goto, the companies announced today. The match will be Takeshita’s second time in Mexico since his excursion as a Young Lion in 2024. For Goto, he’ll be wrestling in the country for the first time since 2011, when he faced Guerrero at the company’s 55th anniversary card.
It was also revealed that Konosuke Takeshita will be on the card, facing off against Barbaro Cavernario in a singles bout.
In other co-promotional news, CMLL also announced on Tuesday afternoon that AEW’s TNT Champion Darby Allin will wrestle Hechicero as part of this Friday’s Arena Mexico lineup.
