In its third week running unopposed, NXT saw a loss in overall viewership while finishing eleventh on cable.

The April 27th edition of the show averaged 744,000 viewers and 0.22 in the 18-49 demographic, which represented declines of 11.5 and 4 percent respectively.

It was NXT’s lowest figure since March 31st when the show was still running head-to-head with AEW Dynamite.

The area with the largest drop was among adults over the age of 50, which fell by 12 percent this week to 0.36.

The two demographics that saw large declines were women 12-34 falling from 0.09 to 0.07 and adults over 50 dropped by 12.5 percent from 0.41 to 0.36. In adults 18-34, NXT was up by 10 percent from last week’s performance while men 12-34 and women 18-49 were consistent with last week’s numbers.

The competition on cable was far less this week as NXT dropped to a 0.22 from last week’s 0.23 in the 18-49, however they finished eleventh this week compared to 27th last week among all cable programs.

This week’s episode of NXT was promoted around a six-man tag with KUSHIDA & MSK vs. Legado del Fantasma in the main event slot and Adam Cole’s first appearance since NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.

The latest episode of NBC’s Young Rock finished with 2,396,000 viewers and 0.46 in the 18-49 demographic on Tuesday. The show finished fourth for the night among network programs behind CBS’ block of NCIS, FBI, and FBI: Most Wanted.
