All Japan unveils participants for 2022 Champion Carnival tournament

Field set for the Champion Carnival 2022.

All Japan Pro Wrestling’s ‘Champion Carnival’ tournament is scheduled to kick off on April 9th in Osaka. The A and B block participants were unveiled and below are the talents who are set to compete in this year’s tourney:

Champion Carnival is scheduled to conclude on April 29th with the winner getting their shot at the Triple Crown on May 4th. This is Irie, T-Hawk, Honda and Nomura’s first go-around in the tournament.

The winner of the 2021 Champion Carnival was Jake Lee and he went on to capture the then-vacant Triple Crown Heavyweight Title.
