New Japan Pro Wrestling has announced the latest set of names to participate in this month’s Super J Cup tournament in the United States.

Amazing Red, YOH, and Bushi have joined the existing list of participants that include Caristico, Ryusuke Taguchi, Taiji Ishimori, SHO, TJP, and Dragon Lee.

Red pulled out of matches during WrestleMania Weekend this past April citing injuries that contributed to his retirement. The 37-year old was among the top independent talents in the early 2000s based out of the Northeast. He received larger fame through Ring of Honor and TNA and later launched the House of Glory promotion.

The three-day tournament kicks off Thursday, August 22nd at the Temple Theatre in Tacoma, Washington. It continues in San Francisco on Saturday, August 24th and wraps up at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California on Sunday, August 25th.

The shows will feature Jushin Thunder Liger competing in non-tournament matches and is listed as a ‘producer’ for the Super J Cup.
