Multiple announcements regarding NXT TakeOver: Stand & Deliver were rolled out during tonight’s edition of NXT on USA Network.
WALTER is going to be defending the NXT UK Championship against Tommaso Ciampa on night one of TakeOver on April 7th on live television. Ciampa confronted WALTER and WALTER initially denied the request, but after being slapped by Ciampa, he agreed to the bout after Imperium beat Ciampa down.
WALTER is scheduled to defend the NXT UK Title on April 8th at NXT UK: Prelude against Rampage Brown.

On night two of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver which will air on the Peacock service on April 8th, Johnny Gargano is defending his North American Championship. Next week’s NXT will feature a Battle Royal with Leon Ruff, KUSHIDA, Cameron Grimes, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott, Austin Theory, L.A. Knight, Tyler Rust, Jake Atlas, Bronson Reed, Dexter Lumis, Pete Dunne and Roderick Strong. The final six in the Battle Royal will move on to the Gauntlet Eliminator on night one of TakeOver. The winner challenges Gargano on night two.

It was made official that Jordan Devlin and Santos Escobar will compete on night two of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver in a NXT Cruiserweight Title unification match. Shawn Michaels made an appearance on NXT during Devlin and Escobar’s face-off, pulled a ladder from underneath the ring and slotted it in between both competitors.
