Roman Reigns gets a win over 'The Demon', Big E defending the WWE Title against Bobby Lashley on Raw, Charlotte Flair rips Lilly up and more

Roman Reigns versus ‘The Demon’ Finn Balor for the Universal Championship headlined Extreme Rules. The conclusion of the match saw ‘The Demon’ ‘resurrect’ after being speared through the barricade. Balor was able to get Reigns in the ring and set him up for the Coup de Grâce but the top rope snapped. When Balor got to his feet, Reigns speared him for the win. During the match, as Reigns and Balor went into the crowd, Reigns put on a facemask.

Big E is scheduled to defend the WWE Championship against Bobby Lashley on the 9/27 Raw. Lashley issued the challenge and Big E accepted and the match is going to kick off the show. Prior to the Extreme Rules main show beginning, it was announced that a six-man tag featuring New Day (Big E, Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) versus Lashley, AJ Styles and Omos was being added to the main card. New Day got the win after Big E pinned Lashley.

Charlotte Flair successfully retained the Raw Women’s Title by defeating Alexa Bliss. Post-match, Flair ripped up Bliss’ doll which sent Bliss into a rage.

The SmackDown Tag Titles remain in the possession of The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) after they bested The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).
