The former UFC heavyweight champion debuted with WWE in October 2019 on the debut episode of SmackDown on Fox. This led to his one and only WWE match at Crown Jewel that same month where lost to Brock Lesnar in two minutes.
In April 2020, he was released by the company and has not wrestled since the October 2019 event in Saudi Arabia.
