WWE Raw notes: King of the Ring & Queen’s Crown, Survivor Series, Becky Lynch

The semifinals are set for both the Queen's Crown and King of the Ring tournaments, Survivor Series show theme announced and more from Raw

WWE’s 2021 King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments continued to unfold on the 10/11 Monday Night Raw. Xavier Woods scored a win over Ricochet and later in the show, Jinder Mahal defeated Kofi Kingston to respectively advance in the tournament. On the 10/18 show, Woods will meet Mahal to determine who goes to the King of the Ring tournament finals at Crown Jewel. On the opposite side of the bracket is Finn Balor versus Sami Zayn.

In the Queen’s Crown tourney, Shayna Baszler bested Dana Brooke and Doudrop defeated Natalya in semifinal matches. Baszler and Doudrop are going one-on-one next week and the winner will face either Zelina Vega or Carmella in the finals.

The theme of 2021 Survivor Series is champion versus champion. The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) appeared on Raw and confronted Drew McIntyre and WWE Champion Big E. They told both competitors that whomever emerges victorious from their WWE Title match at Crown Jewel will face the Universal Champion at Survivor Series. The current champion Roman Reigns is scheduled to defend the title against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel.

In the main event of Raw, Drew McIntyre and Big E took on Jimmy and Jey. Post-match, McIntyre attacked the WWE Champion.

In Austin’s Theory’s Raw return match, he defeated Jeff Hardy with a rollup while holding Hardy’s pants.

Also, the tag match with Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair taking on Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair and SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch resulted in a disqualification.
