Big E. suffered a broken neck during a tag match on Friday Night SmackDown.

The injury occurred as Big E. took a belly-to-belly suplex from Ridge Holland on the floor and the landing looked incredibly scary.

It was not shown on camera, but he was taken to the back on a stretcher and gave a “thumbs up” to the audience as he was being wheeled out.

The match continued with Sheamus pinning Kofi Kingston and included a post-match attack on Kingston by Sheamus, Holland, and Pete Dunne.

Later in the evening, Big E. posted an updated and stated he has movement but has been told he has a broken neck.

We wish Big E. all the best as he deals with this serious injury.
