WWE NXT 2.0 notes: Cameron Grimes qualifies for Ladder match, Tommaso Ciampa

Cameron Grimes secures his spot at Stand & Deliver, Ciampa's NXT future, Indi Hartwell & Persia to meet on 4/2, Nikkita Lyons/Lash Legend

In the main event of tonight’s NXT 2.0, Cameron Grimes bested Roderick Strong and A-Kid to secure himself a spot in the North American Title Ladder match at Stand & Deliver. Grimes is joining the champion Carmelo Hayes, Santos Escobar, Solo Sikoa and Grayson Waller in the match.

At Stand & Deliver, Tommaso Ciampa is going one-on-one with Tony D’Angelo. After Ciampa was done addressing his opponent, the chair he was sitting in had his NXT debut date on it and the Stand & Deliver date beneath that.

Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta were chatting in the locker room area and they both agreed to bring their respective ‘significant other’ (Indi-Dexter Lumis) (Persia-Duke Hudson) to Dallas, Texas for a showdown.

Nikkita Lyons improved her record to 2-0 on the 3/29 program. Post-match, she was called out by Lash Legend who said they have business to attend to after Stand & Deliver.

There was a singles match between Joe Gacy and Draco Anthony that Gacy won. Quincy Elliot, who made his WWE debut on ‘Level Up’ this past Friday was ringside for the match and watched over Harland.

The duo of KUSHIDA and Ikemen Jiro were on commentary for Von Wagner’s match against Bohdi Hayward. After Wagner got the win, he ambushed both Jiro and KUSHIDA. He then proceeded to rip up Jiro’s jacket.

The theme song for Stand & Deliver is ‘Like This’ by 2KBABY and Marshmellow.
