Adam Bryniarski, who was a regular in Dory Funk Jr.’s BANG! Promotion from 1999-2005 as Adam Windsor, died on Thursday at the age of 41.

SLAM Wrestling’s Greg Oliver noted he passed away from a heart issue with details still emerging. Windsor was born in Coventry, England, and trained in Judo. In the SLAM article, it was noted that he trained under Neil Adams, who was the brother of “Gentleman” Chris Adams. The connection with the Adams family continued as Windsor married Jade Adams, the daughter of Chris Adams and Jeanie Clarke (who later married Steve Austin).

After sending numerous letters, Funk Jr. brought him to Ocala, Florida, and dubbed him “The Royal Stud of Royal Blood”. He broke away from Funk Jr. in 2005 and spoke about the departure in an interview with The Wrestling Epicenter podcast stating that “Towards the end, some of it got personal, some of it got very personal. But the majority of it was really business.”

Bryniarski leaves behind his wife Jade and three children – Blaise, Lachlan, and Anya.
