One of the top wrestlers in the world has secured a work visa to come to the U.S. before the end of 2022.

SI.com announced that El Hijo del Vikingo has secured a visa and will be coming to wrestle at AAA’s event in Tempe, Arizona on Saturday, December 3rd at the Mullett Arena.

The visa was obtained through the work of Masked Republic’s Lucha Libre Agency and Phantom Twin Entertainment, which is the parent company of Pacific Northwest group DEFY Wrestling.

In the future, AAA and Masked Republic’s Lucha Libre Agency will coordinate U.S. bookings for El Hijo del Vikingo.

The star is the current AAA Mega Champion and just defended the title last Saturday at TripleMania XXX at Arena Ciudad against Rey Fenix.

The 25-year-old has been wrestling for nearly ten years and won the vacant Mega Championship last December at TripleMania Regia II in a multi-man match that included Bandido, Jay Lethal, Bobby Fish, and Samuray del Sol.
