The 30th anniversary of Raw is confirmed for the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia in January.

The arena’s Twitter account is advertising the 30th anniversary of Raw for Monday, January 23rd at the arena and includes a “Raw is XXX” logo in the style of the “Raw is War” logo from the late ‘90s.

The event is set to take place five days before the Royal Rumble at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

WWE Raw premiered on January  11, 1993, at the Manhattan Center in New York City after replacing Prime Time Wrestling in the slot on the USA Network.

The show expanded to a two-hour format in 1997 to combat WCW Monday Nitro and moved to TNN in September 2000 before returning to USA five years later, where it has remained since.

In July 2012, to coincide with the 1,000th episode of Raw, the show expanded to three hours and celebrated its 25th anniversary in January 2018 with the show airing from both the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and the Manhattan Center.

Tickets for the 30th anniversary of Raw go on sale Friday, November 18th.
