A change to the New Year’s Dash format.
The tradition of New Year’s Dash taking place the day after Wrestle Kingdom is coming back in 2023. The event is scheduled for January 5th.
At past New Year’s Dash events, the card was announced at show time but on 1/5, the matches will not be announced. The matches will be revealed as wrestlers make their entrance.
NJPW used the same format for ‘The Night Before Rumble on 44th Street’.
