New Japan Pro Wrestling issued an apology as the beginning of its Battle in the Valley pay-per-view was plagued with technical issues.

Irritated viewers first took to social media as the pre-show suffered technical issues on both YouTube and FITE TV.

Those issues then persisted into the beginning of the pay-per-view stream on FITE TV, which began showing only a distorted image and featuring no audio.

The pay-per-view finally got underway with sound and vision at 10.43 pm EST.
