New champion crowned in the main event of ‘Underground’.
The MLW National Openweight Championship was on the line in the main event of the 2/28 episode of ‘Underground’ on Reelz.
Davey Richards put the title on the line against John Hennigan and due to Richards having to deal with interference from both Cesar Duran and MLW World Women’s Featherweight Champion Taya Valkyrie, he was not able to retain his title.

Beginning in March, Reelz’s linear live feed will be moving over to the Peacock service, but MLW Underground will not air in its 10 PM slot due to the streaming deal between Peacock and WWE.
