WrestleMania Goes Hollywood: The Sequel

Jimmie Allen starts the show singing ‘America the Beautiful’.

Kevin Hart is back doing the intro but is confused if it’s ‘Cold as Balls’ or a cold open, before saying how every blockbuster needs a sequel.

The Miz & Snoop Dogg are back in the ring to host another night of WrestleMania. Miz goes over some of the results from last night before moving on to tonight’s matches.

Omos (w/MVP) vs. Brock Lesnar

As soon as the match starts, Omos tosses Brock Lesnar to the side like it’s nothing. Lesnar runs the ropes but fails to take Omos down with shoulder tackles and a German suplex attempt, as Omos easily body slams Lesnar a couple of times followed by a bear hug. Lesnar is able to dodge Omos who runs into the corner and follows that with three German Suplexes. Lesnar picks up for the F5 but his back gives out. Omos goes to slam Lesnar, but he reverses and is able to hit the F5 for the pin and the win.

Winner: Brock Lesnar by pinfall at 4:56

Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez vs. Natalya & Shotzi vs. Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green vs. Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler

Sonya Deville & Liv Morgan start the match, as Morgan is able to stop a jumping Sonya off the ropes with knees to her face, before Sonya tags out to Natalya who hits her basement dropkick. Morgan sends Natalya into her corner with a hurricanrana and tags out to Raquel Rodriguez who splashes Natalya in the corner. Natalya pleads to Raquel before tagging out to Chelsea Green who comes in with a missile dropkick that doesn’t phase Raquel. Shotzi and Chelsea go at it as Shotzi slams into Chelsea on the ropes for a two count that Shayna Baszler breaks up. Ronda Rousey meets Shotzi on the outside as Raquel, Morgan & Natalya hit a triple team power bomb on Shayna. This gets Ronda angry to confront them, but Sonya & Chelsea attack them from behind. Shotzi sends everybody to the outside and hits a suicide dive to Ronda & Sonya. Chelsea goes to the top rope and dives onto them to escape from Raquel. Raquel takes Morgan and power bombs her to the outside to take everybody out. Raquel catches Shotzi for a fall away slam followed by a corkscrew elbow drop from the corner. Chelsea & Sonya start double teaming Raquel until they knock her out of the ring. As they are celebrating, Shotzi & Natalya attack them from behind before hitting the Hart Attack on Sonya. Natalya slams Chelsea on Sonya and puts them into a double Sharpshooter but Morgan breaks it up with a knee on Natalya. Shotzi & Morgan go at it with Shotzi hitting a Tiger Suplex, but Morgan comes back with a Codebreaker and Oblivion. Ronda tags herself through all this, as Shayna takes out Morgan. Ronda puts the arm bar on Shotzi as she taps out.

Winners: Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler by submission at 8:23

Bobby Lashley & UpUpDownDown

They introduce the 2023 Andre the Giant Battle Royal winner Bobby Lashley who comes out on the stage with the trophy to show it off.

We have another episode of UpUpDownDown where Xavier Woods is with Tegan Nox, Nikki Cross, Madcap Moss, Hit Row & Angelo Dawkins and show a simulation of the upcoming Intercontinental Championship match and says that 42% of the time, Drew McIntyre wins the match.

WWE Intercontinental Championship: Gunther (c) vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus

Titus O’Neil joins commentary for this match which is presented by Mike’s Harder Lemonade. Gunther starts the match telling Drew McIntyre and Sheamus to go after each other, but McIntyre boots Gunther to the outside before him and Sheamus go at it with blows. They go back and forth until Sheamus hits the Irish Curse. Gunther shows up and takes out Sheamus from behind before going after both of them with chops. Gunther hits a boot to Sheamus on the ropes before going after him with chops. Gunther stays on top of him and puts him in a Boston Crab but McIntyre goes and breaks it up but it only gets Gunther more angry. They go back and forth with very hard chops that bounce off in SoFi Stadium. Sheamus joins in as all three go at it with blows. Sheamus sets up Gunther for the ten Beats of the Bodhran as McIntyre joins with chops at the same time. Sheamus then does the Beats to McIntyre as the crowd counts along all the way up to 30. Sheamus goes for the Celtic Cross but Gunther breaks it up and hits Sheamus with a German Suplex and a clothesline for a two. Gunther sets up for another clothesline that he has waiting for Sheamus once he gets up, for another two. McIntyre joins in and suplexes Sheamus into Gunther in the corner, before hitting Gunther with the Future Shock, but misses the Claymore. Gunther hits him with a dropkick and the power bomb, but McIntyre kicks out. Gunther heads to the top rope, but Sheamus meets him up there with chops before hitting avalanche White Noise followed by the Celtic Cross, but Gunther kicks out at two. All three go at it, before Sheamus takes them both down with knees. Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick on Gunther, but McIntyre pulls Sheamus off before the three. Sheamus and McIntyre go at it, before McIntyre dives onto Sheamus on the outside. McIntyre goes for the the Claymore, but Sheamus stop him with the Brogue Kick, as McIntyre still kicks out at two. They go back and forth until McIntyre hits the Claymore, but Sheamus kicks out at two as well. Sheamus & McIntyre go back and forth with punches and strikes until Sheamus hits a big boot as they both fall down. Gunther hits a top rope splash to break up the pin attempt, before power bombing Sheamus on top of McIntyre, followed by another power bomb to McIntyre for the pin and the win.

Winner: Gunther by pinfall at 16:36, to retain

WWE Raw Women’s Championship: Bianca Belair (c) vs. Asuka

Asuka’s entrance includes a bunch of others all dressed up like her as Bianca Belair has young dancers who are all sporting ponytails like hers including a very young one who stole the show! Bianca starts the match in control, and sends Asuka in the corner where she hits her with the ten punches followed by a suplex. Asuka escapes another suplex attempt and knocks Bianca down with a kick. Asuka hits a flurry of kicks followed by a running bulldog and a sliding knee for a two count. They head to the top rope, where Bianca flips back and hits a spine buster on Asuka for a two count. Bianca tries the springboard moonsault, but Asuka catches and tries to lock in a triangle choke, but Bianca escapes out. Asuka puts her right into the Asuka Lock, but Bianca rolls to the outside. They head to the outside and tussle a bit until Bianca lifts up Asuka for a power bomb on the floor, sending her back inside only getting a two. They go back and forth until Asuka tries an ankle lock, that Bianca powers out of into a back suplex. Bianca springboards off the ropes again, but Asuka catches her into an ankle lock before Asuka bounces off the ropes for a missile dropkick getting a two. Asuka goes for some kicks, before they head to the apron and battle a bit until Bianca sends Asuka into the ring post. Bianca suplexes Asuka from the top rope, sending Asuka from the apron back inside for a two count. They run the ropes and go back and forth with pin attempts until Bianca hits a blockbuster and her springboard moonsault for a two count. Bianca heads to the top rope, but Asuka meets her up there. They tussle a bit until Asuka uses Bianca ponytail to pull her into a Code Breaker for a two count. Bianca catches Asuka in the corner and slams her face first into the turnbuckle. Bianca goes for the KOD, but Asuka grabs onto the rope to stop it. Bianca dodges the mist from Asuka and puts on an armbar. Bianca powers her up and hits the KOD for the pin and the win.

Winner: Bianca Belair by pinfall at 15:58, to retain

We see George Kittle and Al Michaels in the crowd.

Shane McMahon (or Snoop Dogg?) vs. The Miz

We go back to The Miz & Snoop Dogg in the ring where Miz announces the total attendance of 81,395 making the total attendance for this weekend at 161,892. Miz tells Snoop that they are supposed to be friends but last night he put him in an impromptu match against Pat McAfee. Snoop asks Miz if he wants to do it again, which Miz says no to as he was just caught off guard and ruined his suit. Snoop responds with ‘my bad’, but Miz says that wasn’t good enough. Snoop then brings out Shane McMahon. Shane says that reception means a lot to him as Snoop tells Shane to take care of Miz and calls for a referee making this match official. Shane goes after Miz with punches, but as they run the ropes Shane comes down with what looks like an ankle injury. Snoop comes in and punches Miz out, before knocking him out yet again. Snoop then goes and hits a People’s Elbow and gets the pin on Miz.

Winner: Snoop Dogg by pinfall at 2:12

Hell In A Cell Match: Edge vs. Finn Balor

As the cell gets brought down we see promotion for the new movie The Pope’s Exorcist as the film’s star Russell Crowe gives a message on the screen. Edge is presented as ‘Brood Edge’ with Slayer’s ‘South of Heaven’ as his theme as he comes up with an elaborate outfit that has wings and a crystal like mask before going into his regular entrance. Finn Balor is in full Demon get up with a real spiky helmet on. Right away they go to the outside and grab weapons from under the ring with Edge using his red chair before Balor uses his purple kendo stick. Balor stays in control, attacking on the outside against the cage. Back inside, Edge bounces Balor off the apron as he goes flying into the cage. Edge finds more kendo sticks and uses them to trap Balor against the corner of the cell before he flies into him with a dropkick off the apron. Edge grabs a table from under the ring as the crowd erupts and puts it against the corner of the cell. Back inside, Edge hits an Impaler DDT followed by a spear attempt, but Balor reverses it into a sling blade before drop kicking Edge off the apron as he goes crashing into the cell. Balor follows Edge to the outside and drop kicks him through the table set up against the corner. Balor starts throwing chairs into Edge, but Edge comes back and stops him by hitting the Killswitch. Edge then finds a ladder from under the ring and tosses it into Balor’s face. We see that Balor’s face was busted open due to that and Balor doesn’t want any medical assistance as the match comes to a bit of a stand still to help him. Balor is finally back and he goes right after Edge, but misses the Coup de Grace as Edge goes flying into the ladder with a spear attempt. Balor comes back with a sling blade, dropkick and goes to the top where he does hit a Coupe de Grace for a two count. Balor heads to the top of the ladder, but Edge stops him with a kendo stick, follows him up there and hits the Edgecution for a two count. Edge goes and gets another table but Balor places him on it and hits him with chairs and kendo sticks, before climbing the cell and hitting a Coup de Grace from a platform, but Edge moves out of the way as Balor goes crashing through the table. Edge comes right back with a spear, but Balor kicks out. Edge starts going at Balor’s back with a chair, before hitting him with the Conchairto to get the pin and the win.

Winner: Edge by pinfall at 18:09

Kayla Braxton is backstage with Bianca Belair and asks how it felt to defend the title as she says this title means everything to her before giving Asuka her props. They bring in Bianca’s dancers from earlier who start chanting EST.

WWE Hall of Fame 2023

They present the 2023 WWE Hall of Fame class as Stacy Keibler, Andy Kaufman’s family, The Great Muta, Tim White’s brothers Tom & Pat and Rey Mysterio all make their way out to the stage.

Undisputed WWE Universal Championship: Roman Reigns (c) (w/ Paul Heyman & Solo Sikoa) vs. Cody Rhodes

As Cody Rhodes makes his entrance he goes and picks up his daughter Liberty from Brandi Rhodes and gives her a hug before presenting his weight belt to Brodie Lee Jr. (Negative One) at ringside who Michael Cole acknowledges by name. Roman Reigns entrance had six people on pianos doing a rendition of his song before he came out. After the wonderful introductions by Savannah Irvin, Reigns tells the crowd to quiet down with the Cody chants before telling WrestleMania to acknowledge him. The crowd erupts as soon as the bell rings. Reigns starts the match playing with Rhodes and the crowd, before Rhodes takes him down to the mat with a side headlock as the crowd starts chanting for him. Reigns heads out there for a breather with Paul Heyman who tells Reigns to go in there and smash Rhodes. Rhodes takes over, hitting Reigns with a dropkick for a two count. Reigns blocks a Disaster Kick and hits a power bomb for a two. Reigns spends the next couple of minutes, playing with Rhodes while taunting Rhodes’ family ringside. Reigns hits a couple suplexes, but Rhodes comes right back and sends Reigns to the outside but Reigns catches Rhodes on the apron and slams him down. They start fighting outside where Reigns slams Rhodes on the ramp, but Rhodes comes back with a body slam of his own. As Rhodes heads back to the ring, Solo Sikoa hits Rhodes ribs with a steel chair as the referee was distracted by Reigns. Solo trips up Rhodes on the ropes, as Reigns takes control, going to the outside and clearing the commentary tables. Reigns tries to power bomb Rhodes through the table, but Rhodes counters and back body drops Reigns, who goes crashing through the commentary table. Rhodes stays in control once they are back in the ring, and hits a scoop slam followed by the Cody Cutter for a two count. Rhodes sends Reigns to the outside and hits him with a Suicide Dive. As the ref is attending to Reigns, Solo attacks Rhodes with his weight belt. The referee heard it and ejects Solo to the back. Reigns grabs the weight belt, but Rhodes hits him with a super kick and the Cross Rhodes, as Reigns kicks out at two. Reigns catches Rhodes off the ropes and hits him with the Rock Bottom for a two. Reigns goes for the Superman Punch, but Rhodes blocks it and hits the Pedigree as Reigns kicks out at two. Rhodes goes for the Disaster Kick, but Reigns catches him with the Superman Punch for a two count. Rhodes dodges another Superman Punch and puts on a Figure Four, which Reigns is able to reverse until Rhodes grabs the bottom rope. They start trading punches on the apron before Rhodes goes to the top rope, but Reigns dodges him and hits a spear for a two count. Reigns puts on a guillotine, but Rhodes is able to break his way free and punches away. They get up and go back and forth and in all this, the referee is taken out. Rhodes looks up to the sky and goes for the Cross Rhodes, but The Usos come out and take Rhodes out with superkicks and the 1D. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn show up from the crowd and take out The Usos. Owens hits a Stunner on Reigns, followed by the Helluva Kick from Zayn. Owens, Zayn and The Usos brawl their way back through the crowd as Rhodes slowly goes to cover Reigns as the referee is up and counts, but Reigns kicks out at two. They start trading punches back and forth until Rhodes dodges a Superman Punch and hits Dusty Rhodes style punches, the Bionic Elbow, the upper cut and two back-to-back Cross Rhodes. During a third one, Heyman distracts the referee as Solo Sikoa reappears and hits the Samoan Spike on Rhodes. Reigns follows that with a spear for the pin and the win on Rhodes.

Winner: Roman Reigns by pinfall at 34:30, to retain
