TMZ had a very sad update regarding the cause of death of Sara Lee, who died earlier this year at the age of 30.
The autopsy report from the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s office ruled the October 2022 death as a suicide after Lee took a lethal dose of alcohol mixed with pills. Lee also left a note at the scene.
The report also stated that Lee was discovered with bruises and abrasions on her head, which they suspected was likely due to falls sustained in her altered state from the alcohol and pills. Lee was part of the revamped Tough Enough series in 2015 and won the reality series and a contract with WWE but only wrestled for a year.
Lee was married to fellow pro wrestler Wesley Blake with the couple having three children together.
