AEW Rampage saw little movement for this past Friday’s episode featuring The Firm Deletion.

The May 5th edition of Rampage airing at 6:30 p.m. ET averaged 294,000 viewers and approximately 117,000 (0.09) in the 18-49 demographic on TNT. (Showbuzz Daily and Wrestlenomics)

Rampage ranked #25 among cable originals and was third in its timeslot.

The show aired in the same time slot as the previous week with a one percent drop in viewership and identical audience in the 18-49 demographic.

Within the key demo, there were some sizable swings with the male audience increasing by 34.5 percent this week while females in the demo declined by 22 percent.

Adults 18-34 dropped by 29 percent this week while those in the 35-49 demo increased by 21 percent.

Due to the earlier start time, AEW avoided the NBA & NHL playoff games but did air against a college softball game on ESPN 2, which averaged 316,000 viewers and 0.07 in the demo but was not a major factor.

Rampage featured the Firm Deletion, which was shot on the Hardy Compound and had performed very well for IMPACT Wrestling when the Broken Universe was introduced in 2016.

Rampage has been moved around on the TNT schedule throughout April due to the NHL playoffs and continues this week with the show airing on Saturday at 10 p.m. ET.
