Rev Pro has announced a major match for the biggest show in the company’s history this summer.
On Friday, it was revealed that Will Ospreay will take on Shingo Takagi on 8/26 at the Copper Box Arena in London, England in a rematch of one of the biggest series of matches over the past four years.

The two first met in the Best of the Super Juniors Final in June 2019, which was voted the “Match of the Year” by readers of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Both moved up to the heavyweight division in New Japan with rematches in the G1 Climax in 2020, the New Japan Cup in 2021, an IWGP World Heavyweight title match in May 2021, and they last met in the G1 last August. Ospreay is 3-2 over the five singles matches.

The Copper Box Arena is easily the largest arena that the promotion has ever run and comes one day before AEW All In at Wembley Stadium.
