Asuka dethrones Bianca Belair as Raw Women’s Championship at WWE Night of Champions

Asuka is the new Raw Women’s Champion after smearing mist into Bianca Belair’s eyes.

The win marks the end of the longest Raw Women’s Championship reign at 420 days.

Having misdirected a mist attack earlier in the match, Asuka later sprayed it onto her own hands. While being lifted up for the KOD, she then smeared the substance across Belair’s face.

Referee Jessika Carr did not see the infringement, and Asuka got the pin after a kick to the back of the head.

The win marks Asuka’s third Raw Women’s Championship reign.
