Conor McGregor’s legal representatives have issued a follow-up statement after a video of McGregor with the alleged sexual assault victim emerged.

TMZ obtained footage of McGregor taking the unnamed woman (whose face is blurred) into a bathroom surrounded by security and onlookers.

The video emerged after the initial story broken by TMZ that a woman has accused McGregor of sexually assaulting her inside of a bathroom at the Kaseya Center in Miami last Friday after Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

McGregor has denied the allegations.

McGregor’s attorney Barbara R. Llanes issued the following statement to TMZ on Friday after the video was released:

After the video was released by TMZ, the claimant’s lawyer now has changed her story. Mr. McGregor welcomes the investigation, which he firmly believes will show the claims against him are false. After not responding to the demand for money made by claimant’s counsel, she turned to the media to apply pressure. This is no more than a shakedown.

The Miami Police Department and Miami Heat are investigating the matter.
