A queue is forming to battle Hiromu Takahashi for his IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship after he granted two future title shots at the weekend.

On Saturday night at the All Star Junior Festival USA, he offered “Speedball” Mike Bailey a title opportunity after Bailey won the main event tournament final.

On Sunday, Takahashi and Bailey teamed up at IMPACT x NJPW Multiverse United 2 to take on Lio Rush and Trey Miguel.

Rush and Miguel would emerge as winners, and afterward, Rush took to the mic to demand a match for Takahashi’s title.

Hiromu immediately agreed, to the visible annoyance of Bailey.

Whether Lio Rush and Mike Bailey may need to compete for the title shot, or a three-way match is on the cards remains to be seen.
