REPORTS: Matt Riddle posts/deletes allegation of sexual assault by an officer, claim being investigated

Matt Riddle is the subject of an investigation following a scene at JFK International Airport that the WWE performer posted about.

After performing on the WWE’s Superstar Spectacle in India, Riddle returned to the U.S. and posted the following (now deleted) message to Instagram:

Nothing like being sexually assaulted by an officer and harassed at the JFK airport, no means no and just because I’m nice doesn’t mean yes!!! A$$hole!!! Don’t know their Twitter or Instagram handles but I took pictures, normally I’m like whatever but today was really weird and uncomfortable and they made a point to make me feel small and useless. Definitely one of the most uncomfortable travel days I’ve ever had thanks NYC you’re so progressive and accepting!

TMZ and Ringside News report that the Port Authority Police Department was contacted about Riddle’s behavior. There was no police report filed and everyone was free to leave, but the Port Authority has since launched an investigation regarding Riddle’s claim.

Riddle added, “Finally leaving JFK and I never wanna come back here again.”

Riddle missed several months of action in WWE after reportedly failing a drug test and seeking rehab late last year.
