Wes Lee is back in NXT.
The NXT North American Championship was on the line on night two of Halloween Havoc. The champion Dominik Mysterio defended the belt against Nathan Frazer.
Accompanying Mysterio to the ring was WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley. In the end, it was Mysterio retaining over Frazer but post-match, former North American Champion Wes Lee made his return.
Lee was last featured on NXT TV when he was shown clearing out his locker after falling short in a number one contender’s match.
Prior to the 10/30 Monday Night Raw going live on USA Network, Lee competed against Akira Tozawa in a match that was taped for Main Event.
