Mr. Stone is saved by Von.
It was on the September 5th episode of NXT on USA Network that Bron Breakker put Von Wagner on the shelf after dropping ring steps on Wagner’s head.
Over the past month, videos documenting Wagner’s recovery have aired and along the way, Mr. Stone, Wagner’s manager, decided to call Bron Breakker out for a match at Halloween Havoc. Their match took place and despite Stone fighting back, Breakker made quick work of him.
Post-match, he was going to drop the ring steps on Stone but making the save was Von Wagner. Wagner and Breakker brawled and security eventually came into the fold.
