AEW Rampage Results: Daniel Garcia Calls Out MJF

Lucha del Día de los Muertos 

Rampage began the three-way match between Penta el Zero Miedo, Komander, and El Hijo del Vikingo. Paul Wight joined Excalibur and Tony Schiavone on commentary. During the match, the QTV crew was shown backstage watching on. This match had incredible spots and timing as one might expect from these three competitors. 

 

The finish saw Penta hit the Fear Factor on Komander but landing on top of Vikingo for the victory. 

 

Jarrett & Co., Ortiz and Kingston

Backstage, Alex Marvez asked what Sanjay Dutt said to Ortiz last week after his loss to Mike Santana. Dutt said that he invited Ortiz to join but he said no but Jay Lethal was going to take down Eddie Kingston for the ROH Championship. Ortiz came in after the group left and said he would take care of them next week.  

The Gunns vs. Daniels & Sydal

Next up was Bullet Club Gold’s Austin & Colten Gunn taking on Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal. The Gunns picked up the win with the 3:10 to Yuma in under five minutes. After the match, The Gunns said that Dynamite, Collision, and now Rampage belong to the “Bang Bang Gang” and they would take the ROH Tag Team Championships at Full Gear from the Forum. 

Danhausen Returns (…Next Week)

RJ City announced that Danhausen will be returning next week on Rampage live from Oakland, CA.

Ruby & ‘Raya, Two Point Uh-Oh

Alex Marvez interviewed Saraya and Ruby Soho and Soho said that The Outcasts fell apart when Toni Storm left them. Saraya then took all the credit for The Outcasts, patted Ruby on the head, and stormed off. Cool Hand Ange appeared offering his comb to help Ruby out but she wasn’t having it. Matt Menard entered and asked Ange what happened on Dynamite when he couldn’t hit Jericho with the bat. Parker said he wasn’t doing this now and went to go be a friend to Daniel Garcia who had a match later tonight.

Marina Shafir vs. Skye Blue

Next up, Skye Blue took on Marina Shafir. Skye Blue picked up the win after biting Shafir and hitting the Code Blue for the pinfall.

 

 

Lance Archer / Darby Allin Promo Package

A promo package aired hyping up the match between Lance Archer & Darby Allin tomorrow night on Collision.

Main Event: Trent Beretta vs. Daniel Garcia

Daniel Garcia took on Trent Berretta in the main event and the announcers discussed how it seemed like Daniel Garcia had finally separated himself from the former Jericho Appreciation Society members. It was also noted that Trent was without his stablemates at ringside as well. Daniel Garcia won via submission after an intense match. Afterward, Garcia called out MJF saying that no one wants his title more than he did. Garcia then almost called himself the best professional wrestler but stopped himself and reverted to sports entertainer.
