Julia Hart gets it done for House of Black.
There was a three-way for the TBS Championship that took place at AEW Full Gear. Kris Statlander was the champion going into the match and she put the title on the line against Skye Blue and Julia Hart.
The final sequence of the match saw Statlander hit Blue with the ‘Friday Night Fever’ maneuver. Julia ran in and clotheslined Statlander and then jumped on Skye Blue for the pin and ultimately, a win to become TBS Champion.
This title win is Julia Hart’s first championship victory in All Elite Wrestling.
On the night, Hart is the only House of Black member to secure a win. Buddy Matthews lost to Claudio Castagnoli on the Zero Hour pre-show and Brody King and Malakai Black were unsuccessful in becoming AEW World Tag Team Champions in the four-way Ladder match.
