Nick Bollea, the son of Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) was arrested on Saturday morning and is facing a DUI charge.
Bollea, 33, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence early Saturday morning in Clearwater, Florida, according to TMZ.
When TMZ published its report at approximately 5 p.m. ET, Bollea had yet to be released from custody.
In August 2007, Bollea was driving a vehicle and sustained a massive crash that resulted in passenger John Graziano suffering a brain injury and requiring lifetime care. Bollea was charged with reckless driving involving serious bodily injury and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.02% or higher when under the age of 21.
Bollea was sentenced to eight months in Pinellas County Jail and released in October 2008.
