AEW Rampage Results: Danielson Wins, Abadon/Julia Continues

Orange Cassidy vs. Angelico

Rampage kicked off with Orange Cassidy defending the International Championship against Angelico. Cassidy had Danhausen in his corner whilst Angelico had Serpentico. Orange Cassidy picked up the win with the Orange Punch in just under twelve minutes. 

Abadon vs. Trish Adora 

Abadon defeated Trish Adora in three and a half minutes. After the match, Julia Hart appeared and dropped the TBS title for Abadon to pick up. The lights went out again and Julia and the TBS title were gone. 

Mercedes / Willow Video Package

Hobbs & Takeshita vs. Daniels & Sydal

Next up was Don Callis Family’s Powerhouse Hobbs and Konosuke Takeshita taking on Christopher Daniels and Matt Sydal. Hobbs & Takeshita won in under nine minutes. 

Top Flight & Action Andretti

 

Main Event: Blue League Match: Bryan Danielson vs. Daniel Garcia

The main event of the evening was Bryan Danielson taking on Daniel Garcia in a Blue League match. Of note was that Garcia came out in trunks versus the long boys he had been wearing for a while now. Daddy Magic was at commentary for this match with Menard rooting for Garcia heavily.
