Roman Reigns will defend the Undisputed WWE Championship in a fatal four-way match at the Royal Rumble.

WrestleTix reported a sell-out of 13,057 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The New Year’s Revolution edition of Friday Night SmackDown featured Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles vs. LA Knight which ended in a no-contest after The Bloodline attacked and laid out the three men. Nick Aldis was stationed at ringside and informed Paul Heyman that as a result, Reigns would defend his championship against all three men on January 27 at Tropicana Field.

It will be Reigns’ first match since Crown Jewel in November.

Kevin Owens became the number one contender for the U.S. Championship, pinning Santos Escobar after a Stunner and setting up a match with Logan Paul at the Royal Rumble.

Paul was in Vancouver for the show and included a spot where Owens punched him in the face with his “broken” right hand that had a cast on it.

Bobby Lashley added his name to the Royal Rumble match before the arrival of Karrion Kross and Scarlett, which led to the return of AOP and Paul Ellering, attacking Lashley and the Street Profits.

Bianca Belair is also part of the women’s Royal Rumble match, which she informed Damage CTRL of, during a backstage segment and told Bayley she would send her over the top rope with a KOD.

Tyler Bate debuted on SmackDown as the mystery partner for Butch as they defeated Pretty Deadly. After a Bop and Bang to Elton Prince, Bate & Butch hit a double Tyler Driver ’97 and pinned Kit Wilson.

IYO SKY retained the Women’s Championship on SmackDown by pinning Michin. The highlights included a Styles Clash by Michin off the second turnbuckle. Michin missed a suicide dive and crashed on the floor as Sky landed the double knee and hit Over the Moonsault to retain the title.

Next week’s show will feature the following matches:
*Bayley vs. Bianca Belair
