Nemeth versus Tanahashi.
A week prior to New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Windy City Riot event in Chicago, the company is going to be hosting their Sakura Genesis show in Tokyo.
It has been made official that newly crowned IWGP Global Champion Nic Nemeth is going to be defending his title against Hiroshi Tanahashi.
Nemeth won the title from David Finlay at The New Beginning in Sapporo. In addition to Nemeth versus Tanahashi, Tetsuya Naito is going to be defending the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship against the winner of the New Japan Cup tournament.
