This was an extraordinary event for GCW as they ran Brett Lauderdale’s hometown for the first time in front of a sold-out audience.

Singles Match: Cole Radrick vs. Kevin Blackwood

The two began with some chain wrestling, with Blackwood managing to take Radrick down to the mat and locking him in a leg submission. They broke the hold and got back up to their feet, resetting the bout. This time, Radrick countered by taking Blackwood down to the mat with a submission of his own. Blackwood managed to reach the ropes, leading to another reset. Radrick then grabbed a wrist lock, but Blackwood escaped, and they exchanged more holds, wrestling to a stalemate once again. Blocking each other’s kick attempts, they transitioned to trading forearms in the center of the ring. Blackwood swung wildly and landed a double stomp to Radrick’s chest, followed by a series of chops in the corner and a stiff kick to Cole’s spine. Blackwood then muscled Cole up and executed a suplex for the first near fall of the night. He hung Cole up on the top rope and delivered a knee lift for another near fall, followed by some Danielson elbows and driving his fist into Cole’s rib cage. Blackwood connected with a stiff uppercut, but Cole responded by taking him off his feet with repeated shoulder tackles, followed by the “You Can’t See Me” taunt, only for Blackwood to kick him in the head. Despite this, Cole managed to execute “You Can’t See Me” and “Five Knuckle Shuffle.” Cole attempted a springboard cutter, but Blackwood blocked it and retaliated with a kick to Cole’s head. Cole responded in kind, and Blackwood struck him with a boot to the head, followed by a standing double stomp to Cole’s chest, causing both men to collapse on the mat. They rose to their feet and traded slaps, with Blackwood firing up with repeated kicks and forearm strikes, finally executing a cradle piledriver for a two count. Blackwood then climbed to the top rope and nailed Cole with a double stomp, but somehow Cole managed to kick out. Blackwood then fell victim to a bottom rope stunner followed by the Lil Sebastains Curse, resulting in Cole’s victory.

Tag Team Match: The Rich and Powerful vs. To Infinity and Beyond

Delaney and Cheech initiated the attack against Mason and Holliday, delivering repeated kicks in their respective corners. They followed up with tandem bulldogs, but Holliday managed to get his shoulder up. Colin unleashed a flurry of shots on Holliday, but Mason interfered by spitting water in Colin’s face, allowing Holliday to capitalize with a cutter for a near fall. Holliday focused on Colin’s leg while Cheech watched from the corner. Mason knocked Cheech off the apron, then clotheslined Colin and landed repeated punches. Holliday re-entered the fray, continuing the assault on Colin in the corner with a barrage of strikes. Mason attempted to choke out Colin, but he broke free and tagged in Cheech. Cheech unleashed a flurry of offense, taking out Holliday and Parrow with a dive to the floor and a series of spears in the ring. Mason attempted to fight back but found himself dropped on the back of his head with a DDT for a close near fall. Mason then hoisted Cheech onto his shoulders and delivered him to Holliday, who executed a top rope 2008. Colin broke up the pin attempt but was then subjected to a Death Valley Driver from Mason, yet he managed to kick out at the last second. Mason and Holliday attempted a double team, but Cheech rescued his partner, leading to all four men exchanging fists in the center of the ring. Colin and Cheech delivered a combination stunner to Mason, but when Colin went for another opponent, Mason caught him in a sleeper hold. Colin broke free, but Mason still managed to maintain control. Holliday executed a powerbomb on Colin and weakly attempted a pin, then transitioned into a figure-four leg lock. Colin managed to reverse the hold, but Mason trapped him in a submission, forcing Colin to tap out.It was a match, I get frustrated watching Holliday because I feel like he should be so much better than he is.

The Rich and Powerful Defeated To Infinity and Beyond

Singles Match: Broski Jimmy Lloyd with Steph De Lander vs. Nick Wayne

Wayne backed Lloyd into the corner and allowed him to have a clean break. They locked up again, this time with Jimmy backing up Wayne, who also granted a clean break. The two men reset, and Wayne seized a side headlock, taking Jimmy down with some chain wrestling. Jimmy scrambled to the corner in an attempt to catch a break from the relentless AEW superstar. Jimmy countered with a kick to Wayne’s gut, but Wayne evaded a clothesline and struck Jimmy with a reverse back elbow. SDL intervened, knocking Wayne off the top rope as Jimmy capitalized with a Radio Silence. While Jimmy distracted the referee, SDL choked Wayne on the ropes. Jimmy then slammed Wayne followed by executing choke pushups. Continuing to pummel Wayne in the corner, Jimmy attempted the Broski Boot, but Wayne blocked it and countered with a DDT for a near fall. Although Jimmy connected with the Broski Boot, Wayne managed to get his shoulder up at the last second. Mockingly, Jimmy kicked Wayne in the head and slapped him across the face, further fueling Wayne’s determination. They exchanged superkicks, and Wayne nailed Jimmy with a Dragon Rana followed by a crucifix bomb. Wayne attempted Wayne’s World, but Jimmy caught him and delivered a piledriver, nearly securing the victory. Jimmy introduced a pair of chairs, but Wayne countered by hitting Jimmy with a chair, knocking him off the apron. Wayne then arranged a bunch of chairs in the center of the ring and went outside to retrieve Jimmy Lloyd. Back inside the ring, Wayne elevated Jimmy on top of the chairs, but Jimmy countered with a low blow followed by a package piledriver through the chairs. However, Wayne miraculously kicked out at the last second. SDL brought in a door and set it up in the corner. Wayne dodged a charging Jimmy Lloyd, causing both Jimmy and SDL to crash through the door. Wayne capitalized by hitting Lloyd with Wayne’s World for the victory. It was an incredible match, and having Nick Wayne back in GCW was truly awesome.

Four-Way Match: Marcus Mathers vs. Jay Lyon vs. Aerial Van Go vs. Facade

Lyon initiated the match with a roar but quickly found himself on the receiving end of superkicks from the other three men. Van Go seized the opportunity to take the fight to his opponents, sending them all to the floor. Lyon and Van Go engaged in a series of exchanges, with Lyon initially gaining the upper hand. However, Mathers re-entered the ring and delivered a big boot followed by a kick to Lyon’s face, then followed up with a springboard crossbody for a close near fall. Facade returned to the ring, evading Mathers with a headstand and taking him down with a moonsault press, while also delivering a kick to Van Go’s jaw. Facade then unleashed a barrage of chops and kicks to Mathers’ chest. However, Facade appeared to tweak his knee during an attempted dive, allowing Mathers to take control and execute the dive in his place. Van Go incapacitated Mathers with a handstand kick, prompting Lyon to deliver a stiff kick to Van Go’s chest from the ring apron, followed by a twisting senton. Van Go then utilized Facade as a springboard, launching himself to the floor with a twisting press that took out Mathers and Lyon. Facade climbed to the top rope and executed a rana on Van Go, leading to all competitors engaging in high-flying maneuvers. Although Facade attempted an Arabian Press on Van Go, it wasn’t sufficient to secure the victory. Ultimately, Mathers secured the win by hitting Facade with a 450 splash.

Tag Team Match: Gringo Loco and Oni El Benditio vs. The Fatus

Zilla and Oni kicked off the match for their teams, with Oni quickly being shoved down to the mat repeatedly by the younger Fatu. Oni regained his footing and sidestepped Zilla, taking him down with a kick to the head. However, Fatu countered with a slam after catching Oni mid-springboard attempt. Despite Oni’s missed Lionsault and Zilla’s unsuccessful lariats, both men stood face-to-face in the center of the ring. Gringo and Jacob then tagged themselves in, continuing the fast-paced action, with both wrestlers showcasing their agility. Zilla Fatu’s remarkable quickness and speed were on full display, highlighted by Jacob Fatu’s impressive Fosbury Flop and Zilla’s Uso Splash over the top rope onto Oni, sending him into the ring post.

Amidst the chaos, Oni managed to hit Jacob Fatu with a destroyer on the stage, favoring his knee afterward. He then delivered a shooting star press and a double jump moonsault from Gringo Loco, but Zilla narrowly kicked out. Gringo Loco brought a door inside the ring, while Oni set up another one. Jacob Fatu executed a tope onto Oni, sending him crashing over the guardrail into the first row of fans. Loco was then caught and planted with a Black Hole Slam by Zilla, who followed up with a handspring moonsault for another near fall.

Oni set up a door bridge in the center of the ring, leading to a battle between Jacob and Gringo on the top rope. Fatu attempted another rana, but Gringo countered with a powerbomb through the door. Zilla broke up the ensuing pin attempt with a splash off the top rope. Jacob then hit Gringo with a top rope moonsault, but it still wasn’t enough to secure the victory. Another door was thrown into the ring by Zilla, which Jacob set up and used to put Gringo through after executing a cutter off the top rope. However, Gringo countered with a Samoan drop. Gringo was struck over the head with a piece of the door, and Oni attempted a dive, which was thwarted, leading to Zilla hitting him with the Samoan Spike for the victory.

Tag Team Match: The Mothership vs. High Seas

Cloudy and Sheik started the match off for their teams. Cloudy booted Sheik in the gut and took her down with a shoulder tackle. Sheik responded with a series of boots that dropped the veteran, resulting in a two-count. Ando and Katch entered the ring next. Katch backed him up into the corner, catching him off guard. They reset, and Ando asked for a kiss, but Katch attempted to punch him in the face instead. Although he had it scouted, he still managed to get his face bounced off the top rope. Katch then took him down with a big crossbody as he scrambled to his corner, making the tag to Cloudy.

Katch got her neck rung up on the top rope and was hit with a neckbreaker from Cloudy for a two-count. Katch was driven headfirst into the turnbuckle as High Seas beat her down in the center of the ring. She tried to make the tag to Sheik, but Ando kept her isolated in the opposite corner. Cloudy delivered a running double knee to Katch in the corner as Ando stretched her face out with his boot.

Katch managed to fire up and hit Cloudy with a bodyslam before making the hot tag to Sheik, who ran wild with a series of kicks and top-rope DDTs. However, it still wasn’t enough to put High Seas away. Sheik went for a top rope leg drop, but High Seas moved out of the way and sent Katch to the floor. They then hit Sheik with a brainbuster variation, but Katch was able to make the save at the last second.

Katch landed a right hand on Ando, but Cloudy gauged her eyes, slammed her on the mat, and executed the wassup. However, Katch no-sold it and ran wild on High Seas with her running hip attack/cannonball combination. She then hit a heatseeker, and Sheik came off the top with a leg drop to secure the victory.

GCW World Tag Tag Team Match: Violence is Forever (Champions) vs. Murder Death Killhausen

Dom and Gage started the match with a stiff lock-up. Gage was backed into the ropes, where he kicked Dom in the leg as Dom attempted to take him down with a shoulder tackle. However, Gage easily dropped Dom and executed a snapmare. Gage outwrestling Dom in the early part of the match was unexpected, but that’s why he’s the God of this business.

Next, Danhausen and Ku entered the ring for their teams. Ku seemed hesitant to lock up with Danhausen, who was engaging in his usual antics. Ku kicked Danhausen in the gut, but Danhausen responded with a head scissor takedown and a Stinger Splash in the corner, followed by ten punches to Ku’s bandaged forehead. Danhausen then leaped off the top rope with an axe handle and unleashed straight right hands on Ku. Ku retaliated with a right hand of his own.

Gage fired up and ran Ku into the corner, hitting him with a couple of shoulder blocks. Gage tagged himself in and began to assault Ku, but ViF turned the tables and unleashed a series of power moves on Gage. They isolated Gage in their corner, where Dom delivered stiff kicks to Gage’s back. Dom then turned Gage inside out with an overhead Belly-to-Belly suplex before tagging in Kevin Ku, who proceeded to stomp away on Gage in the corner.

Gage countered with a neckbreaker and attempted to cut Ku’s forehead with a pizza cutter, but Ku managed to escape and tagged in Dom, who threw the cutter onto the stage. Gage continued with a big forearm shot and a spinebuster on Ku, followed by a DDT. He then tagged in Danhausen, who hit Ku with a German suplex for a close near fall.

Ku clubbed Danhausen in the back of the head with a forearm and dropped him with a backbreaker. Gage and Danhausen then hit Ku with an elbow drop, and Gage set up a door in the corner, only to be tossed through it with an exploder suplex from Dom. Dom then locked Gage in a head and arm choke, while Ku locked Danhausen in a sleeper hold.

Danhausen managed to break the hold on both himself and Gage, and the two teams reset, trading fists in the center of the ring. Gage locked Dom in a Boston Crab, but Ku intervened with a forearm strike. Gage then held Ku’s mouth open as Danhausen poured teeth into it, followed by a piledriver for a close near fall. Dom brought a door into the ring and set it up in the corner. He whipped Gage off the ropes, sending him crashing through the door. Kevin Ku pinned Danhausen with an inside cradle for the victory.

Violence is Forever Retained the GCW World Tag Team Championships

Tag Team Match: Joey Janela and Sawyer Wreck with Missy Hyatt vs. GCW World Champion Blake Christian and Shane Mercer

Mercer and Joey kicked off the match, with Joey unleashing a barrage of straight right hands and a pair of running uppercuts on Mercer. Janela followed up with ten punches in the corner and then nailed Mercer with a DDT. Sawyer and Joey were dropped by a clothesline from Mercer, who then tried to hit Janela with a running lariat, but Miss Hyatt grabbed his boot, allowing Sawyer to deliver a boot to Mercer’s face for a close near fall. Blake then tagged himself in and absorbed a series of slaps and a lariat to the back of his head. Sawyer choke-slammed Blake over the top rope, but Mercer caught him and dumped him on the apron with a suplex.

Blake and Mercer continued to dominate Sawyer with quick tags between partners. They hit Sawyer with a running knee powerslam combination, but Sawyer managed to make a blind tag to Joey. However, the referee didn’t see it and pulled Joey out of the match, enabling Mercer to drag Sawyer back into their corner. Blake and Shane kept making frequent tags, isolating Sawyer in their corner. Sawyer found some separation after kicking Shane’s head and then tagged in Joey, who unleashed a flurry of right hands on Shane and attempted multiple lariats until he finally brought the big man down.

For the second night in a row, Joey hit Mercer with a moonsault press. Then, turning his attention to Blake Christian, Joey caught him with a head kick and a handspring kick to the back of his head. Blake tried to hit Joey with a move, but Joey dodged it and countered with a rebound lariat. He then dumped Blake over the top rope onto Mercer and took to the sky, hitting them with a senton to the floor.

Blake tagged Mercer back in, and Joey was caught with an “Around the World” slam, but he still got his shoulder up at the last second. Mercer then placed Joey on the top rope and attempted the “Moonsault and Battery,” but Sawyer came to Joey’s aid, pulling Mercer off the top rope and causing Joey to crash into Mercer. Mercer and Blake set up a door bridge in the center of the ring and sent Joey through it with a top rope leg drop, but Sawyer returned just in time to save the match for her team.

Joey sent Blake crashing through a door on the stage and then executed a running step-up DDT onto Mercer inside the ring. Missy climbed onto the ring apron to distract Blake, and Sawyer choke-slammed him, allowing Joey to hit him in the head with the Gucci bag to pin the World Champion.
