SKY versus Hayashishita.
The main event of Dream Star Fighting Marigold’s 6/11 show at Korakuen Hall was a singles match between Nanae Takahashi and Utami Hayashishita.
After the match, a video message aired on the main screen from WWE talent IYO SKY. She threw out the challenge to Hayashishita for a match at Marigold’s ‘Summer Destiny’ show on July 13th at Ryōgoku Sumo Hall.
The former WWE Women’s Champion worked under Marigold owner Rossy Ogawa in STARDOM, where she was a two-time World of Stardom Champion.
In a media appearance, Ogawa recounted a late 2023 conversation he had with WWE Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque and Levesque saying he wanted to help Ogawa whether it was with STARDOM or individually.
