Hikaru Shida vs. Viva Van

Rampage kicked off with Hikaru Shida taking on Viva Van. Van got some decent offense in on Shida but Shida showed off her aggressive side, hitting clubbing blows throughout the match.

In the end, Shida scored the victory after the Falcon Arrow in just over five minutes.

Harley Cameron’s Rough Year

Harley Cameron recapped her year so far and was about to openly wonder what was next for her when Renee cut her off as they were out of time.

Dark Order vs. The Infantry vs. Undisputed Kingdom

Next, the newest Shane Taylor Promotions members The Infantry taking on Undisputed Kingdom and Dark Order. Alex Reynolds was still selling the effects of his ribs thanks to the Death Riders this past Wednesday on Dynamite. The Undisputed Kingdom got the biggest crowd reaction they’ve ever received as the commentary team noted that Matt Taven was from nearby Derry, NH.

The Infantry dominated Mike Bennett for a lot of the early part of the match until finally, he tagged in John Silver who promptly went wild as he’s known to do.

Matt Taven then took control and ultimately picked up the victory as Alex Reynolds’ ribs caused his downfall. After the match, Brian Cage and Lance Archer appeared and laid out Taven and Bennett.

Jake the Snake Tells Roddy to Back Off Frank

Jake the Snake interrupted Roderick Strong telling him to back off of The Beast Mortos. Roddy suggested they face each other tomorrow night on Collision and Jake laughed at him, calling him a fool.

The Vendetta

A promo package aired featuring Deonna Purrazzo and Taya Valkyrie aka the Vendetta.

Top Flight vs. JD Drake & BEEF

Next up was Top Flight’s Dante & Darius Martin taking on JD Drake and new fan favorite BEEF. The new AEW Tag Team Champions Private Party were shown watching this match from the back. Dante Martin wowed with an impressive jump onto JD Drake’s back followed by a backflip off of him.

BEEF then hit Sloppy Steaks on Dante but missed the Meat Shower and Top Flight hit a combo DDT/Leg Trip for the win. After the match, the two teams shook hands. Lio Rush then came out as Excalibur explained it wasn’t time for the main event yet. But then they immediately said that the main event of Lio Rush vs. Komander was up next.

Lio Rush vs. Komander: Part II

The Rampage main event started with Komander and Lio Rush shaking hands as these two faced off in a very good match one week ago on Rampage. These two started in a full sprint.

The announce team discussed how Lio Rush was showing a new more aggressive side which fits with the concurrent story with Action Andretti.

Komander toward the end of the match hit Lio Rush with a moonsault that looked like his knees hit Rush right in the face. Rush then hit his bottom-rope springboard Stunner followed by a Frog Splash from the top for the win. The announce team noted that each man had one victory and teased a potential trilogy.

Final Thoughts

Lio Rush vs. Komander Part II is worth a watch. Everything else was just okay. As mentioned last week, they have something special with Harley Cameron. She could be a huge star if they play it right and if she hones her in-ring.
