  • Thunder Rosa over HarleyGram via Package Driver in 5:25
  • Máscara Dorada, Atlantis Jr. & Katsuyori Shibata over Top Flight & Action Andretti via Shooting Star in 11:53
  • The Beast Mortos over Serpentico via Discus Lariat in 6:12
  • Hechicero over Komander via Guillotine in 13:04

 

The Debut of HarleyGram

The “Lucha Libre” edition of Rampage (taped last Wednesday 11/20) kicked off with Thunder Rosa taking on HarleyGram. The action went back and forth until HarleyGram unmasked revealing herself to be Harley Cameron. 

Harley Cameron continues to improve in the ring and her character has been fun to watch. Unfortunately, she lost here to Thunder Rosa’s Package Driver. 

After the match, Rosa took a sign from the crowd that said “Women’s Wrestling is Alive and Well” and showed it off to the crowd. 

Moné Doesn’t Want to Talk About Kamille

Renee Paquette interviewed Mercedes Moné but she didn’t want to talk about Kamille. Instead, she was excited about this Lucha Libre edition of Rampage as she has always loved Eddie Guerrero. Then she said she wanted more titles and said money changes everything.

Top Flight vs. Team CMLL & Shibata 

The next match was Top Flight taking on Máscara Dorada, Atlantis Jr., and Katsuyori Shibata. The announce team explained that Shibata bonded with Dorada and Atlantis Jr. during the Fantastica Mania Tour.

Excalibur noted Action Andretti’s recent attitude change as all six men impressed with high-flying spots. 

 

In the end, Máscara Dorada and Atlantis Jr. double-teamed Action Andretti as Dante and Darius Martin were thrown to the outside. Dorada hit a Shooting Star press on Andretti to pick up the win for his team.

Hook vs. Nick Wayne in NYC

Up next, it was revealed that Hook would take on Nick Wayne at Hammerstein Ballroom (but it wasn’t revealed if it was Dynamite or Collision or even Final Battle). Nick Wayne said he begged Christian for this match especially since Taz made a name for himself at the Hammerstein. He ended by saying “Hook, I’ll see you at home… or will i?”

Serpentico vs. Beast Mortos

The next match of the night was Serpentico taking on The Beast Mortos who was wrestling for the second time today (he also wrestled on Collision although that was taped in Chicago). Serpentico controlled the early parts of the match but Beast Mortos took over and won after a back breaker, powerbomb, and discus lariat. 

Another Mystery Attacker

Kamille was found backstage laid out with a chair over her.

 

Dynamite Diamond Ring Battle Royal

A video was shown with various entrants talking about winning the Dynamite Diamond Ring Battle Royal this Wednesday.

Komander vs. Hechicero

The Rampage main event saw Komander taking on CMLL’s Hechicero. 

 

 

Hechicero defeated Komander via Guillotine in a high-flying match.

 

Final Thoughts

This was a fun little Rampage with not much consequence, especially since it was taped ten days ago. But all of the matches were solid and fun to watch. Hopefully, they will continue to use themes for Rampage for as long as it continues to exist.
