Northern Armory ambushes Josh Alexander on TNA iMPACT, Eric Young makes save to set up tag match

Tag match set up for 1/30.

After losing his I Quit match to Mike Santana at TNA Genesis, Josh Alexander grabbed a microphone and stated that Santana is the new standard in the promotion and closed by saying he quits TNA.

Alexander, alongside the Northern Armory (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams), appeared in-ring during the live edition of TNA iMPACT. He said his time with TNA has been a dream come true, but it’s time for him to move on.

He told Icarus and Williams that Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) also advocated for them to join TNA. He believes they can be successful, but that’ll have to happen without Alexander being present.

They then told Alexander he cannot leave and proceeded to ambush him. Making the save was Eric Young and a tag match was set up for the 1/30 TNA iMPACT. It’ll be Williams and Icarus versus Alexander and Young. Alexander approached Young and Steve Maclin earlier in the show to mend fences, but Maclin was not on board.
