The upcoming card offers a rare non-AEW appearance for Moné since joining the promotion a little under a year ago.
After mainly wrestling on AEW programming and a few NJPW cards, Moné recently started getting signed to other bookings in the world of wrestling. Earlier this month, news broke that she will also appear at House of Glory Wrestling’s March 15 show.
High Stakes could see Moné defend her RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Championship for the first time.
Moné captured the title last month at Wrestle Dynasty in Japan, dethroning Mina Shirakawa in a title-versus-title clash. She also currently holds AEW’s TBS Championship and the NJPW STRONG Women’s Championship.
The booking will be Moné’s second U.K. appearance since joining AEW last year. She previously also worked the promotion’s Wembley Stadium card last August, defeating Dr. Britt Baker DMD.
RevPro High Stakes was one of the many major shows announced by the U.K. promotion this week. It was also revealed that their 13th-anniversary card will take place at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on August 22 and 23, the Revolution Rumble will go down on June 22 from York Hall, and the British J Cup will return on June 14 in Stevenage.
