It looks like one of the big title matches from Tuesday’s episode of NXT Roadblock might get a sequel.

Shortly after Matt and Jeff Hardy took down Nathan Frazer and Axiom in a match for the TNA Tag Team Championships, wrestlers from both duos have shown interest in running back the match.

In a backstage interview shortly after their win at the Madison Square Garden Theatre on Tuesday night, both Hardy boys mentioned the idea of facing off against Fraxiom for a second time. More specifically, they were curious about capturing more gold when they face off again.

“Tonight, we were defending the TNA world tag team titles, and we were able to retain them,” Matt Hardy said. “But we did beat them. Unfortunately, the NXT titles weren’t on the line. Maybe next time the NXT titles will be on the line, because that is something the Hardys do not have on their list of gold.”

Later that night, Axiom took to social media after the match to reflect on how it was a dream come true to face The Hardys. In his Spanish social media post, he wrote, “Nos vemos en la revancha,” which translates to “See you in the rematch.”

Fraxiom have held the NXT tag titles for more than 300 days through their two reigns with the belts. Their current run has seen them defend the belts 10 times since dethroning Chase U in September. They have previously beaten other TNA teams as part of their run, including The Rascalz and the Nemeth brothers.
