The Los Ingobernables de Japon members are on their way out from NJPW.
The news was pushed out by New Japan Pro-Wrestling that both Tetsuya Naito and BUSHI are departing New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
It was noted in the announcement about Naito that the two sides agreed to not renew his contract. Naito had been working as a freelancer since late January. Tokyo Sports reported that the two sides had three rounds of contract negotiations and a fourth was set to take place soon.
Naito and Hiromu Takahashi lost the IWGP Tag Team Titles to Jeff Cobb and Callum Newman at NJPW Sakura Genesis. Cobb is leaving the company as well and his final match is on April 19th.
BUSHI’s time with New Japan Pro-Wrestling is coming to an end. Both him and Naito are finishing up their appearances on the Wrestling Dontaku tour and their final stop is May 4th.
