After the action of WWE WrestleMania 41 night one, the post-show took place and below are highlights, news and notes coming out of that.
- Jackie Redmond attempted to speak with CM Punk following the actions of Paul Heyman in the night one main event. Punk had nothing to say.
Jey Uso
- The new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso took to the podium in front of media members and expressed that it feels ‘fire’ to be the face of WWE.
- He did not know Jimmy Uso was going to be in the ring after the title win.
Tiffany Stratton
- She spoke about how Charlotte Flair was her dream opponent. Stratton cannot believe she beat Flair and it has not sunken in yet.
- When she was in NXT, she pitched a Barbie Box entrance but it did not happen. She’s glad it didn’t happen then, because she got to do it at WrestleMania. Stratton credited Triple H for approaching her with the idea.
Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque
- He dove into the acquisition of Lucha Libre AAA. He’s excited to grow lucha libre. Levesque is looking to keep traditional lucha libre going as it is there and is not looking to make it WWE’s version of it.
- While speaking about Jey Uso, he sometimes hears people refer to him as the ‘yeet guy,’ but people are invested in Uso and his character. He does not feel Jey is ‘riding his shtick to the ground.’ Levesque views Jey as a pro for putting the gas on when he needs to and he saw that in his match against GUNTHER.
