Ethan Page is the new NXT North American Champion.
One day before the anniversary of his NXT debut, Page defeated Ricky Saints in the opening match of Tuesday’s program.
Page landed the Twisted Grin to Saints on top of a chair, which impacted Saints’ throat and became the target.

Page snapped Saints’ throat on the top rope and hit another Twisted Grin and pinned Saints.
Page will now defend the championship at Worlds Collide on June 7.
