Vince McMahon has formed a new private investment firm named 14TH & I, which will focus on sports, media, and entertainment.
The development was first reported on Friday by Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics.
Public filings from September 2024 show McMahon established three LLCs under the 14TH & I name in Delaware, with a Stamford, Connecticut address.
Trademark applications for “14TH&I” were also filed in August 2024, covering private equity and entertainment production.
Former WWE executive Brad Blum is listed as President of the new firm. His LinkedIn profile describes 14TH & I as a private investment firm targeting buyouts and “growth-oriented minority investments” in the sports, media, and entertainment sectors.
The name “14TH & I” is understood to be a nod to the historical Washington D.C. street location of the Capitol Wrestling Corporation, run by McMahon’s father.
Thurston’s full report contains further details on the new company.
